Automated Refunds
Features
INFINI Automated Refunds is a solution that facilitates the calculation of refunds due to agents for ticket cancellations based on the fare rules you have previously specified in the ATPCO CAT33 database. The solution simply requires the agent to input the e-ticket number in the required field, and with this information INFINI Automated Refunds can automatically retrieve the applicable refund rules CAT33 and determine the refund due to the agent, and also automatically calculates the cancellation charge, where applicable, and deduces it from the refund issued to the agent.

The solution simply requires the agent to input the original e-ticket number in the required field, and specify the changes to the itinerary they would like to make. With this information INFINI Automated Exchanges can automatically retrieve the applicable pricing and exchange fees. INFINI Automated Exchanges therefore eliminates the need for manual calculation of exchange fees, and will issue a refundable balance in case a reimbursement is due to the agent.
