China Southern Airlines Boosts Ancillary Services with EMD

China Southern Airlines (CZ), the largest airline in China, released INFINI’s Electronic Miscellaneous Document – Associated (EMD-A) which enables travel agencies to collect fees for ancillary services. Starting from October 17, CZ plans to use EMD-A to monetize pre-reserved seat booking to increase “upsell” opportunities and enhance productivity by giving its partner travel agencies the ability to upsell services on behalf of the airline.
