Air India Adds INFINI’s PNR Synchronization

Air India (AI), the flag carrier of India, released INFINI’s PNR Synchronization product from May 31 ensuring that Japanese travel agent’s always have the most complete and updated booking information for travelling customers.

PNR Synchronization automatically sends updates of any changes (itinerary changes, SSR requests, and ticket numbers etc.) to the PNRs made by the travel agent and saved in INFINI system using IATA teletype messaging. This keeps travel agencies fully informed of any PNR modifications made within the reservation system thus reducing the risk of any errors that might result in a PNR mismatch.
