INFINI NEWS: Air New Zealand Starts Group Claim
Air New Zealand started using INFINI Group Claim in January 2021 to increase the productivity of its group reservation handling. The Group Claim product enables designated travel agents to claim group PNRs that you created in your host system for servicing. Changing the Group PNR created by the airline into an INFINI PNR, lets travel agents easily complete necessary PNR operations and ticketing operations. Booking travel with Air New Zealand became even more convenient with INFINI.
