Nepal Airlines Simplifies Distribution in Japan

Nepal Airlines (RA), the flag carrier of Nepal, released INFINI’s PNR Synchronization product from September 22 ensuring that Japanese travel agent’s always have the most complete and updated booking information for travelling customers.

PNR Synchronization automatically sends updates any changes (itinerary changes, SSR requests etc.) to the PNRs made by the travel agent (saved in INFINI system) using IATA teletype messaging. This keeps travel agencies informed of any PNR modification made within the reservation system and reduces the risk of any errors that might result in a PNR mismatch.
