WestJet Starts EMD-A and EMD-S with INFINI  

WestJet, Canada’s low-cost carrier connecting Japan with a network of international, domestic, and regional flights, has enhanced its services for travel agencies in Japan by introducing INFINI’s Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD-A and EMD-S) on February 27th.

Now, agencies can easily collect ancillary service fees using EMD-A. EMD-S simplifies the handling of cancellation, change, and group blocking fees and facilitates the return of refundable balances via BSP accounts.
