This crucial two-way communication, which utilizes IATA teletype messaging, offers a major benefit: reduced risk and improved accuracy. By keeping travel agencies instantly informed of all PNR modifications, the feature dramatically reduces the risk of PNR mismatches and associated booking errors, leading to a smoother experience for you and your clients.
