The airline announced the full implementation of INFINI Multi-Access, a significant enhancement to its distribution capabilities designed to streamline the group booking and reservation management process for its authorized partner travel agencies. The new functionality went live on October 27, 2025.

The integration of INFINI Multi-Access establishes a unified, single-PNR environment, ensuring a seamless and highly accurate booking experience across Alaska Airlines’ (AS) network.

-Single-PNR Environment: The product allows authorized travel agencies direct access to the Alaska Airlines host reservation system. This crucial feature enables agents to work within the airline’s live system, establishing a single Passenger Name Record (PNR) that eliminates data discrepancies.

-Real-Time Inventory and Record Locators: Multi-Access ensures that the flight inventory displayed to travel agencies is always up-to-date and accurate. Furthermore, Alaska Airlines can now directly and instantly transmit the record locators for group PNRs to the agent, eliminating manual tracking and speeding up the fulfillment process for group travel reservations. This ensures maximum data integrity and efficiency for all AS bookings.
