BAMBOO AIRWAYS Adds to Japan Connectivity

BAMBOO AIRWAYS JSC. (QH), a leading Vietnamese airline aiming to provide 5-star oriented services, released INFINI’s Group Claim, Interactive Seat Map (IMAP), and Interactive Pre-Reserved Seat (IPRS) on September 28 to expand its reach into the Japanese travel market. 

Group Claim is a functionality that enables travel agents to claim group PNRs that are created in an airline’s host system. The product reduces an airline’s workload by enabling it to conveniently pass ownership of group PNRs to partner travel agents so that these agents can modify PNRs or handle ticketing by themselves. This saves you time while ensuring the airline retains control over its seat inventory through block control.

With the development of IMAP and IPRS, it is possible to reserve seats using a seat map from GDS.
