BAMBOO AIRWAYS Integrates Reservation Data with INFINI

BAMBOO AIRWAYS JSC. (QH), a leading Vietnamese airline aiming to provide 5-star oriented services, released INFINI’s PNR Synchronization product from December 16 to ensure that Japanese travel agent’s always have the most complete and updated booking information for travelling customers.   

PNR Synchronization automatically sends updates of any changes (itinerary changes and SSR requests etc) to the PNRs made by the travel agent (saved in INFINI system) using IATA teletype messaging.  This keeps travel agencies informed of any PNR modification made within the reservation system thus reducing the risk of any errors that might result in a PNR mismatch.
