Greater Bay Airlines Integrates Data with INFINI

Greater Bay Airlines (HB), a Hong Kong-based carrier established in 2020, released INFINI’s PNR Synchronization product on March 25 to ensure that Japanese travel agents always have the most complete and updated booking information for traveling customers.  

PNR Synchronization automatically sends updates of any changes (itinerary changes, SSR requests, etc.) to the PNRs made by the travel agent (saved in the INFINI system) using IATA teletype messaging.  This keeps travel agencies informed of any PNR modification made within the reservation system thus reducing the risk of any errors that might result in a PNR mismatch.
