Hainan Airlines Integrates Reservation Data with INFINI

Hainan Airlines (HU), a Chinese full-service carrier based in Haikou, China and one of the largest airlines in the country, released INFINI’s PNR Synchronization product on October 16 to ensure that Japanese travel agents always have the most complete and updated booking information for travelling customers.  

PNR Synchronization automatically sends updates of any changes (itinerary changes, SSR requests, etc.) to the PNRs made by the travel agent (saved in the INFINI system) using IATA teletype messaging.  This keeps travel agencies informed of any PNR modification made within the reservation system thus reducing the risk of errors resulting in a PNR mismatch.
