Hawaiian Airlines Integrates Reservation Data with INFINI

Hawaiian Airlines (HA), Hawai‘i’s biggest and longest-serving airline, released INFINI’s PNR Synchronization product from April 20 to ensure that Japanese travel agent’s always have the most complete and updated booking information for travelling customers.   

PNR Synchronization automatically sends updates of any changes (itinerary changes and SSR requests etc) to the PNRs made by the travel agent (saved in the INFINI system) using IATA teletype messaging.  This keeps travel agencies informed of any PNR modification made within the reservation system thus reducing the risk of any errors that might result in a PNR mismatch.
