This critical feature ensures immediate and reliable communication between the travel agent’s booking record and the airline’s internal reservation system.
-Real-Time Updates: PNR Synchronization automatically transmits any modifications made by the travel agent—such as itinerary changes or Special Service Request (SSR) additions—to the airline system via IATA teletype messaging.
-Error Reduction: By maintaining continuous, automatic data alignment, this capability significantly reduces the risk of Passenger Name Record (PNR) mismatch errors, which are vital for smooth airport operations and customer service.
2. INFINI PNR View
This feature provides travel agencies with instant confirmation and verification of the booking status directly from the airline’s central system.
