T’Way Air Optimizes Distribution with PNR Synchronization

T’way Air (TW), a South Korean low-cost airline, announced the launch of INFINI’s PNR Synchronization on April 8th, a move designed to significantly improve its travel distribution efficiency within the Japanese travel market.

The PNR Synchronization feature provides automatic, real-time updates of modifications to Passenger Name Records (PNRs) made by travel agents using the INFINI system. Leveraging IATA teletype messaging, this includes itinerary changes, Special Service Requests (SSRs), and other relevant updates. By ensuring travel agencies are instantly aware of any reservation adjustments made within T’way Air’s system, this integration effectively reduces the potential for PNR discrepancies and associated errors.
