WestJet Starts Group Booking with INFINI  

WestJet, Canada’s low-cost carrier connecting Japan with a network of international, domestic, and regional flights, has launched INFINI’s Group Claim product, effective February 18th. This new feature empowers Japanese travel agents to manage group travel bookings efficiently.

Group Claim simplifies the process by allowing agents to directly claim and manage group PNRs created in the airlines’s system. This reduces the workload for the airline and provides agents with the flexibility to modify PNRs and handle ticketing independently. The result is a more streamlined booking experience while WestJet retains control over seat inventory through block control.
